Privacy Policy & GDPR

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a new EU rule for the European Economic Area (EEA) effective on May 25, 2018. The goal of this regulation is to give people ownership of their data, increasing understanding of what information customers are giving to businesses and how its used, and providing them the option to request it be updated and/or deleted. While this is a European law, those outside the EU who may receive information from those in the EEA need to be compliant with data acquired from customers who live within the EEA. We are applying this to our overall privacy policy, because we are committed to protecting our customers privacy to the extent we can. You can contact us at any time via the contact form below.

This concerns information collected whilst using the site, for purchases at our Etsy shop, Redbubble, or our products on Amazon, please refer to their stated policies.

In order to facilitate fulfilment of orders, we collect customer's names, mailing address, phone number, and email address. We do not collect or store credit card details - we use Stripe to process credit card payments and their privacy policy can be viewed here. PayPal payments are subject to their privacy policy, found here.

Information collected by us in the course of conducting business is used for fulfilment of orders and any contact with you required to facilitate order fulfilment. We do not sell, rent, or otherwise share information we collect from you except as needed to complete your order (eg: we will pass your shipping details on to shipping fulfilment companies -currently USPS and UPS in order to get  your order to you).

We maintain a newsletter via Mailchimp. Information collected for this purpose is completely voluntary. We collect your name and email address to send you communications regarding new art, sales, events, and other related information. Our newsletter is infrequent (more quarterly or bi-annually than anything), so you needn't worry about several emails a day, like some big-name shops we could mention.... ;)  We have enabled GDPR opt-in and double opt-in on our newsletter. This means that if someone signs you up without your knowledge, you won't receive any communication from us unless you respond to the email asking you to confirm your subscription.

Ordering and Shipping Policies

Some of our products are made in house, whilst others are licensed to other manufacturers; therefore, items in your order may be shipped from different locations depending on stock availability. Items may arrive on different days if some are shipped direct and others drop-shipped.

Domestic Shipping
Domestic shipping is via USPS First Class Mail for direct shipping; drop-shipping will vary depending on the manufacturer. Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery (orders usually arrive within 2-5 days, depending on location).

International Shipping
We do not currently ship internationally.

We accept returns on items shipped from us directly, as long as the item is unopened and unused. We will replace or refund as necessary (excluding shipping). If you need to return or exchange an item from a licensee, you will need to contact the manufacturer. If there is an issue, I am happy to help try to remedy the situation.
